Meet Legends Catering

Jesse Dellen III is a 20 year veteran of the Food & Beverage industry.

Jesse has worked in many different restaurants over the years.

Early in his career he worked in the catering industry until he bought his first restaurant, bar, and hotel at the age of 22.

Legends Hotel opened on Oct 20 1995, and Legends Catering began. Though the catering took a back seat to the restaurant and bar business, Legends held many banquets on site and several off site, over the years. When Jesse’s son was born (JJ) his life took on a new meaning. Totally devoted to his son, he sold Legends Hotel, and took time off to raise his son. He made a promise to his son, that he would not buy another restaurant while he was so young. He went to work for someone else as a manager at such places as the Hershey Country Club, Olive Garden, Willard’s Catering, Groff’s Farm, & Heritage Hills, where he continued to learn the industry and increase his skills and knowledge.

Returning to his passion of catering, Jesse restarted Legends Catering with the help and support of his family,

Jesse keeps his promise by

only accepting a certain amount of business per year.
